okay, spudnuts are doughnuts made with potato flour instead of regular wheat flour. have you ever had a blueberry doughnut from dunkin doughnuts? this one (in the picture) is pretty much the same thing just better. 🙂

Spudnuts have a better taste and texture that donuts made with just wheat flour.
